Hello, Exhibitors!
Because this trial was unlimited, and we received a lot of entries, we
are going to run one class a day in a second ring, judged by Eileen
Keegan, so that we can finish before dark each day.
We will accommodate any conflicts between rings, so don’t worry,
you won’t miss a run! Walk

There are many newbies to agility attending this weekend’s trial, so if
this describes you, please don’t be shy about asking questions, and if
you’re a veteran to the game, please mentor the new folks as much as
possible, we were all there once! We hope you will all have fun this
weekend. To help make the weekend go smoothly, please volunteer to
help whenever possible (more on that below).
Awards:
·
Perfect weekend rosettes will be awarded to teams achieving Q’s in all 9
runs.
Trial Format:
Two 100’ x 100’ fully enclosed rings will be used. Conflicts are
inevitable, but we will make sure you never miss a run, so don't panic!
Every conflict will be accommodated as long as you tell the gate
stewards that you have a conflict. Electronic timing will be used
in both rings.

TENTATIVE CLASS
SCHEDULE:
The following class, level, and height order is tentative, and subject
to change if necessary.
Only a few copies of the run catalog will be available at the trial.
The catalog will be available for download and printing a few days
before the trial on
www.agiledogs.net
The volunteer schedule will be posted on the AgileDogs website the week
before the trial. Thanks to all who volunteered!
Please do not worry about conflicts between classes you’re working and
classes you’re running in. All workers will be accommodated.
You can move your dog within a class to make sure you have time to
concentrate on having a successful run with your 4-footed partner.
If your job for a given class is timer, scribe, assistant scribe, or
gate steward, please report to the chief ring steward when the briefing
for the class begins, so you can prepare for your job and so the judge
can brief you if needed – thanks!
If your job is anything not already mentioned, you can report any
time before or during the walk through.
If you didn’t volunteer to work but would like to help out, please

After the completion of
runs in both rings on Saturday, we will be having a dog costume parade
(handlers are welcome to dress up, too!).
Bob and Trisha (and perhaps Jeff also) will be awarding prizes at
their discretion based on entrants in this parade.
During the trial, move-ups in Standard from
Saturday to Sunday will be taken at the show, and must be
submitted to the Show Secretary before the completion of the last class
of the day. Thank you for your cooperation. There will be
no move-ups in the Standard classes on Saturday.
