I am now offering my services as
trial secretary to any club or individual in the Northeast and New England
regions. My experience in all aspects of what it takes to hold an
agility trial spans 6 years and 3 venues (CPE, USDAA, and TDAA). As
AgileDogs Agility Training I host approximately 9 trials per year, and have
been trial secretary for many of those trials. In addition, I
understand the ins and outs involved with holding a trial and have
experience in not only the trial secretary job but also trial chair, chief
course builder, hospitality, and chief scorekeeper, as I have done all jobs
in the past and continue to do so for my trials.
Unlike most other trial secretaries, I do not charge a
set amount per run for my services. I understand how clubs need income
to survive, and how trial secretary fees can often take a big chunk out of
the bottom line. So, I have devised a fixed rate for my services that
only varies by factors such as number of rings and venue. Please
contact me for more information about my fair and flexible fee
structure!
As trial secretary
I will provide the following for you:
-
preparation of premium
-
posting
the premium on my website and promoting it on all the agility and dog
events lists
-
accepting entries, payments, corrections, etc, and answering any and
all questions from competitors, judges, and the club
-
preparing all the paperwork necessary to run and score the trial
(including but not limited to scribe sheets, gate sheets, and
scoretable sheets and guides)
-
computer scoring followed by printing of results plus ribbons labels
-
sending
all the final paperwork and payment to the sanctioning organization
-
posting
final results to my website
Also, if you're
interested in holding a TDAA trial but know nothing about how to do it, or
don't have any TDAA equipment, I can help you! I can provide complete
hosting services, including teacup-sized equipment, for TDAA trials.
